I want to trade this sidewalk for a yard!!!

Ok, so I have been to every job finding site I can think of. Iam a Property Manager. I work a low income Tax Credit property in Ogden Utah. The expierience I have gotten is great, But the pay is terrible. I make $7.35hr after five years with the same company and I still have to pay full rent for my apartment.

I have Conventional Management expierience as well as just about every aspect of Low Income. Iam very good with computers and can do all property accounting. (I have a great resume that I can send to anyone who wants it.) I guess iam just tired of the same people everyday who don't care about anything, and never being able to get ahead. I wont list all the boring things I can do here, just let me say I am very confident That I would be a great manager for someone willing to pay descent and who would actually spend money to fix things.

I dont know if posting this to my page will work, but I have tried all the conventional ways. I would be willing to travel. My goal would be to trade this sidewalk for a yard. But I will bring my extensive experience to the person willing to pay the right price. You wont be sorry.

· Coordinate with local law enforcement to provide safe environment.

January 1999-July 1999

Mountain View Apts/ West Ogden/ Onsite Manager

· Leasing units.

· All Management duties described above.

June 2003-Current

Marion Hotel/ Ogden Utah/ Asst. Manager

· Same as the first time with the Marion, except for being trained in Yardi Systems.

· Initiated new tracking system for Visitor identification.

· Completing the hotels Tax Credit paperwork for Resident recertifications.

· Being one half of what I believe is Kier Corporations best management team.

. I just completed a fair housing class, I am up to date on Fair housing rules and regulations. I have also just taken a class on how to deal with Meth Labs. And the removal of Mold.

My Goal

To trade this sidewalk for a yard. I don’t mind staying in low income property management. But I would like to get off of 25thst. I would like to go somewhere I can actually make a difference. So many people down here just don’t care about themselves or take pride in where they live. It’s a sad fact but its true, and its wearing on me. I have so many great ideas for a property if I can get my hands dirty and do it. This is a great hotel, but there is no room for changes or improvements. I really would be an asset to another property owner. I will travel if necessary.
