I have an Idea that I am trying to get a small amount of funding for. I
plan to do Storage Unit auctions. I have done all the research and I am ready to begin. The only thing I dont have is the
money. Between five and eight thousand would get me going.
when you go to one of these auctions there are a few things to look at before you
put any money down. The unit managers usually open a unit enough to just look inside. if things are packed in beer boxes,
or have a funky smell, its a good bet you are just going to spend your money on someones trash. however, if things are packed
in packing boxes and in good shape, and stacked neatly, its probably a good buy. Especially if you cant see past the boxes,
there is an excellent chance there is real good stuff behind the boxes.
Dont bid on a unit that has a stong chemical smell, some people dont pay attention
to the unit rules. the storage facilities usually give about 24 to 48 hrs to clear out the unit once you win the bid.
so what i need is a truck and trailer, bidding money, and money to rent a large storage
unit to temporarily house what i find while i auction it on ebay. I have a 100% positive rating on ebay.(godfatherof5) I have
credit problems, and cant secure a loan. I have worked the same job for five years, iam stable and i just need someone to
trust me. I will agree to any reasonable offer. if anyone has any ideas, or can help me, you wont be sorry.
